This virtual workshop is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of how to be anti-racist and practice thoughtful allyship. Curriculum frequently include “Why Diversity Matters — Moving Beyond Compliance,” during which our facilitators demonstrate the evolving business case for diversity and inclusion as a tool for working more effectively and driving business outcomes; Learning the Fundamentals; and Effective Practices, such as Reflective Listening, The Five Levels of Inclusion, and Intent vs. Impact.
An externally-focused program to help employees deal with people outside of their office, such as customers, suppliers, partners, or overseas colleagues who come from different cultural backgrounds. This is a comprehensive program which, instead of teaching how to understand one specific culture, instead provides participants with the skills and the knowledge to understand and adapt to any culture.
