This virtual workshop is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of how to be anti-racist and practice thoughtful allyship. In response to the seismic changes taking place in our society and how organizations address race, this session will equip everyone to pragmatically answer the question: ‘What can I do?’
Curriculum frequently include “Why Diversity Matters — Moving Beyond Compliance,” during which our facilitators demonstrate the evolving business case for diversity and inclusion as a tool for working more effectively and driving business outcomes; Learning the Fundamentals; and Effective Practices, such as Reflective Listening, The Five Levels of Inclusion, and Intent vs. Impact.
An externally-focused program to help employees deal with people outside of their office, such as customers, suppliers, partners, or overseas colleagues who come from different cultural backgrounds. This is a comprehensive program which, instead of teaching how to understand one specific culture, instead provides participants with the skills and the knowledge to understand and adapt to any culture.
