An externally-focused program to help employees deal with people outside of their office, such as customers, suppliers, partners, or overseas colleagues who come from different cultural backgrounds. This is a comprehensive program which, instead of teaching how to understand one specific culture, instead provides participants with the skills and the knowledge to understand and adapt to any culture.
